Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Listing Management
Coordinate listing preparation from intake to active status
Upload and maintain accurate property information across MLS platforms
Ensure listing descriptions, pricing, and property details are correct
Manage listing status updates throughout the sales process
Scheduling & Coordination
Coordinate photography, staging, showings, and listing appointments
Communicate with agents, vendors, and sellers regarding listing timelines
Track deadlines and ensure all listing tasks are completed on schedule
Administrative Support
Organize listing documents, disclosures, and marketing materials
Maintain organized records and listing-related files
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask across multiple active listings
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience supporting a real estate agent or brokerage
Familiarity with MLS platforms, listing workflows, and seller coordination
Experience using Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Google Workspace, Canva, or DocuSign
Strong understanding of listing timelines and property marketing processes
Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate multiple moving parts efficiently
Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
