Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage inboxes, calendars, and daily administrative workflows

  • Handle data entry, document organization, and record maintenance

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational summaries

  • Maintain accurate client and transaction records


Workflow & Operations Coordination

  • Support agents with task management and operational follow-through

  • Coordinate reminders, follow-ups, and scheduling needs

  • Organize files, documents, and digital systems efficiently

  • Ensure daily operations remain organized and on track


Communication & Support

  • Respond to routine emails and administrative inquiries

  • Maintain clear communication with agents, clients, and vendors

  • Assist with internal coordination and day-to-day support tasks


Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
