CRM & Lead Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM & Lead Manager to support a real estate operation. This role focuses on maintaining an organized pipeline, managing lead follow-ups, and ensuring every opportunity is tracked accurately from first contact to close. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in handling CRM systems.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately and consistently

  • Organize leads by status, priority, and engagement level

  • Track pipeline activity and ensure opportunities are properly managed

  • Monitor lead movement from inquiry to active client


Lead Follow-Up & Nurturing

  • Coordinate follow-up communication through calls, texts, and emails

  • Ensure no lead falls through the cracks due to missed follow-ups

  • Support long-term lead nurturing and relationship management

  • Keep agents informed on lead activity and engagement


Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Generate reports on lead activity and pipeline performance

  • Maintain organized databases and contact records

  • Assist with workflow organization and operational support


Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Experience managing CRMs and lead databases

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting a real estate agent or brokerage

  • Familiarity with Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems

  • Understanding of lead generation and real estate sales pipelines

  • Experience coordinating follow-up sequences and lead nurturing campaigns

  • Strong data management and reporting skills

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and organize opportunities efficiently
