Real Estate Cold Caller
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Cold Caller to support a growing real estate team through consistent lead outreach and appointment generation. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying leads, and initiating conversations that help agents build a stronger pipeline. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, resilient, and comfortable handling high-volume outbound communication and is able to think on the fly.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Make outbound calls to leads, FSBOs, expired listings, and prospects
Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, and interest level
Maintain consistent daily outreach activity and follow-up efforts
Identify opportunities and generate appointments for agents
CRM & Pipeline Support
Update CRM records with accurate notes and lead activity
Track conversations, follow-ups, and lead status consistently
Ensure all interactions are properly documented and organized
Support ongoing lead nurturing and pipeline management
Communication & Coordination
Build rapport and maintain professional communication with prospects
Coordinate qualified appointments directly into agent calendars
Communicate lead insights and updates clearly with the team
Required Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and phone confidence
Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism
Consistent work ethic and strong follow-through
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in real estate cold calling or ISA roles
Familiarity with real estate terminology and lead qualification
Experience using CRMs like Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or Salesforce
Strong understanding of lead nurturing and appointment setting
Ability to stay organized while managing large lead volumes
Resilient, proactive mindset with strong conversational skills
